warm milk - 180 ml (¾ cup)
salt - 5 g (0.18 oz)
dried yeast - 4 g (0.14 oz)
egg - 1 piece
melted butter - 30 g (1 oz)
flour - 400 g (14 oz)
TO LEAVEN 1 H
filling:
minced meat - 360 g (12.7 oz)
onion - 2 pieces
salt - 3 g (0.11 oz)
ground coriander - 2 g (0.07 oz)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/35 minutes
